I also bought a micro-mosaic pendant of the Madonna. I love mine as well. The artist isn't that old - 63! Apparently this is a dying art though. There were many lovely pieces there to choose from. Even if you don't buy, a unique shop to visit.

Visiting Mykonos while on a Cruiseship stopover, we found La Magia and I fell in love with the beautiful mosaic of the Madonna. The owner/staff explained that the enamel mosaic had been painted by an old man who uses a brush with a single bristle.It's piece of Art that I can carry around with me and treasure forever.
