Excellent staff and merchandise Where is my package ??????????????

I purchased $275.00 worth of merchandise on 9/22/2014. You were to mail the merchandise to me in the United States - I was told by the gentleman at the desk that it would take about 10 days. It is now 10/29/2014 about 5 weeks from purchase and I have not received the package as yet. Please respond to [email protected] Thank you
