Good price nice accommodations on time Though e mails Filli was unnecessarily rude, with off point e mail commentary, including irrelevant opinions

It took a long time to confirm this trip through e mail. Sometimes the e mails from the US went through and sometimes they did not. The company was flexible with pricing and accommodations. They were prompt with all pick up times and the 2 tours were nice.
