The front wheel of my Atv came off and I went flying and hit the asphalt. I am lucky to be alive and walked away with some scratches, bruises, and severely soee muscles. The manager at the time was yelling at me for being " a bad tourist" and would not assume any responsibility or even apologize once. I could have died. This company and the employees need major training in safety and customer service. Do not rent from the even if they have the last atv or moped on the island. Your life is at risk. Pier 1 sucks.
