What to say. We had to ask a second time for a glass of water because it didn't come. The pizza was frozen. The fish very dry. The rice, french fries and coleslaw without anything like a sauce or something. When you ask some ketchup they give you the plastic bottle, -40% written on it. And if you go inside like I did because the owner disappeared with my credit card (instead of coming back with the card machine) and didn't come back, you can see an ill pigeon sitting just next to the kitchen... All of that without any smile.
