I rented a scooter for one week and they gave me a real wreck bike! It left me on the middle of nowhere three times and I have been forced to wait for the mechanic assistance more than one hour all the times. They refused to replace the scooter with another one and when I’ve tried to call the Police they menaced me! Stay away from here!

I have been renting a bike and already at second day we had a flat wheel, on the way to the beach. I was calling them and I must say bad customer service. We had to wait five! Hours till a mechanical fixed the bike. A young, when selling very nice, turned to be very frighting and aggressive at the phone when telling me I had to pay for the wheel.

It is the worst service I had never experienced in my life. These people are unfair not honest. We had one quad which did not work during one day and they refused to give us back our money. Worst service ever. worst quad

Avoid this place! When they sell they will be nice and very friendly, afterwards they do not care about you and your problems with the rented bike. The owner is Ms Eugenia who will show you attractive prices on her booklet but in the end she will add "insurance cost" that she does not mentioned when you agree the price. The price in total will be much higher than you expected! Pay attention on the back side of the receipt that you have to sign. There is a paragraph that after payment a money return is not possible. So if your quad is stolen or broken do not expect any replacement or money back.

I use munchen rent a car rent a bike five years and i can say that i have very good expirience with this company. Fist of all they have soo lovely customer service. one year i have accident and my motorcycle have broke down, this hapend in 4am and because they have 24h service i call them on the phone and for 10 minutes come guy from the office with new motorcycle. I dont pay nothing for this because they have perfect insurance. THANKS to munchen for five years perfect cooperating with you. See you!!! You are THE BEST!!!
